How to get a connected (only for parents/carers in London)
When one of the child records in your eRedbook is connected to the NHS they send you a copy of that child’s health records direct to your eRedbook (as they become available).
- In your privacy settings, make sure you check the option to allow health professionals to access profile information about yourself and your child. They need this to find your eRedbook.
- Make sure your child’s name and date of birth are up-to-date in the child record/profile you want to connect.
- Speak to your midwife or health visitor and ask them to authorise your eRedbook and connect it to the NHS so that you can receive your child's health records.
