If a parent/carer has not entered enough information into their eRedbook for you to easily identify the record you are trying to connect then you should ask the parent to:

  1. Login to their eRedbook.
  2. Make sure the child’s name and date of birth are up-to-date in the child record/profile they want you to connect (note: you can only connect child records belonging to children who have already been born).
