If you can’t find an eRedbook when you type in the parent’s email address, you should:
- Confirm with the parent that the email address you typed in is the one they use to log into eRedbook.
- Make sure you typed the email address correctly and try again.
- Ask the parent to log into their eRedbook and make sure they check the option in their privacy settings to allow health professionals to access profile information about themselves and their child. If they don’t have this option checked you won’t be able to find their eRedbook.
